Taking a cue from Richard Hadden's book, "Contented Cows Give Better Milk," the farm theme abounded at the Alaska State HR Conference. To say they had fun with the theme would be an understatement.
Aaronn, on the left, excelled in the role of the "Big Boss" in the Gal Morale Keynote Theater Production. To my right is Cara Fox, the President of the Anchorage SHRM chapter.
This group had lots of fun in the Gal Morale skit!!! They also shared some wonderful ideas for boosting employee morale and keeping turnover low. One audience member even treated us to a one handed cartwheel!
You never know what will happen when Gal Morale's around.

I've had lots of fun working with the entire team at JJ Taylor Distributing Company.
I had lots of fun delivering the Opening Keynote for the Virginia Community Colleges Association conference. Gal Morale made an appearance for one of the concurrent sessions and had a stellar cast of characters.
This group truly gave me a Celebrity Experience, sending a basket of goodies to my hotel room (which was gorgeous), and treating me to dinner and a tour of Colonial Williamsburg.
